Airtel has divided its procedure and benchmark for Redressal in two parts. One is for Customer care and Nodal officers.

Below mentioned is the procedure and bench mark for Redressal of your queries through the Customer care.

Procedure :

While Airtel DTH customers can call on the toll free number of Airtel to lodge the complaint. They have their associates trained in 10 languages. So here you are free to lodge your contact in any language. Upon receiving your call, the customer care associate will lodge you complaint, issuing you a complaint number or ticket number.

BenchMark :

Customers lodging complaints for Non – receipt of signal except for natural weather conditions are redressed. While Ninety percent of the Non – receipt of signal complaints are redressed within the 24 hours of  the receipt of complaint.

Moreover, They redress Ninety percent complaints, related to Non- receipt of signal  , Within the 48 hours of the registering in the complaint. While they try their level best to redress the complaints as early as possible, coming from the hilly area, remote areas, or distant rural areas.

Those customers who are not satisfied with the Customer care redressal can seek redressal from Their respective Nodal officers. For that  All they need to do is  citing the complaint number or ticket number issued by Customer care associate.
