Chinese manufacturer has announced a new smartphone for Indian market i.e. Vivo V55S which is priced at Rs. 12,490. Vivo V55S is an upgraded version of Vivo V55L, having better RAM and battery as compared to V55L. The smartphone is available in India via retail stores and it is also listed officially in their website. It will come in Space Grey and Crown Gold color options.

Vivo V55S features 5.2 Inch HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution at 400 ppi pixel density and measures 147.90 x 72.90 x 7.50 mm dimension and 142 grams weight. It is powered by Quad Core 1.4 GHz processor along with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB Internal storage with expandable external storage upto 256 GB(microSD).
It bears 13 MP rear camera with Normal, Night, Panorama, HDR, PPT, Pro, Face Beauty, Ultra HD Photos and also 5 MP front camera with Face Beauty, Normal, HDR, Screen Flash for shooting selfies. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, Funtouch OS 3.0 Operating System with 2730 mAh battery.
Vivo V55S offers Dual SIM slots, 2G/3G/4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS + GPS and USB 2.0. The smartphone has Fingerprint sensor on its back panel along with Proximity, Accelerometer, Digital compass, Ambient light and Gyroscope sensor. It also supports FM Radio, Multimedia players for both audio and video and also has built in applications.
