Enable Developer options USB debugging mode in Moto E and Moto G

Show and Enable Developer options USB debugging mode in Moto E and Moto G. Are you an Android developer and have Android Motorolla mobile to debug and test the application with ADB commands? Moto E and Moto G mobile phones does not provide a direct option to open developer option due to security purpose and also avoid enabling the same accidentally. This security step is taken from Google. You just need to follow very simple secret tricks to enable USB debugging mode. Here are the steps:

Steps to Enable Developer options USB debugging mode in Moto E and Moto G:

1.) Go to setting from the main menu.

2.) Scroll down to bottom of the options, where you will find “About phone”, select the same.

3.) Find “Build Number” options in About screen. Here you need to tap the Build Number option 7 times
continuously.

This step will show you developer option. Press back from the about phone page, and you will find ‘Developer Options’ tab. To enable developer options press ‘developer option’ and toggle the button. Once phone is connected with USB and your System check the USB debugging option, which will enable the debugging option.

  • Note: Once Developer options is shown, you cannot hide the same. Only way to hide back developer option is by performing factory reset.
