1) Firstly go to android menu and tap setting.

2) Now, tap Wireless and networks.

3) Then tap VPN setting as shown below.

4) Now, tap Add VPN and you will see a variety of options like Add PPTN VPN, Add L2TP VPN and so on.

      

5) Then tap the type of VPN that you want to add (if I want to add PPTN VPN then I have to tap Add PPTN VPN)

      

6) Now put the correct values (credentials) in the fields as per the VPN you are using and you are done.
